Madurai MP Su Venkatesan recalled in his letter that he had written to the Ministry on June 21, 2022, requesting that private Siddha daycare centers be empaneled under CGHS. He was pleased to receive a response from the Minister on December 28, 2022, stating that he would consider empanelment of daycare centers provided that they are registered with the Ministry and meet certain standards.
