1.Take ripen tamarind fruit with out seeds , 25 gms in weight or one lemon size . wash and soak in cup of water for 1/2 hr . squeeze
and add 1 glass of water to it . Filter the juice and add 4 to 5 spoons of sugar to it .
This juice reduces sun stroke complications , healthy person can take one glass of juice daily in summer . This prevents from sunstroke
and protects health in summer.
2. Take fresh onion juice apply on both sides of forehead ( temporal region ) and on chest it will reduce complications of sun stroke.
3. For general weakness in summer : ( in hindi : mehndi ; english : henna ; sanskrit : madayanti ; scientific name : lawsonia inermis )
Take 10gms of fresh henna leaves wash and soak in 250ml of water for night . In early morning squeeze leaves to small pieces filter it
and add 50gms of misri powder( sugar crystals ) to it . Take 1glass daily it is very good blood purifier , increases body strength in summer.
