(Any time before food / with food/ after food.)
But each time is having its own effect on the body.
• If you want TO REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT water should be taken BEFORE food.
• If you want TO GAIN WEIGHT you should drink water AFTER food.
• For maintenance of proper digestion SIPS of water should be taken ALONG with food.
