Payment/Cancellation/Refund Policy


You agree to pay all fees or charges in accordance with the fees, charges due and payable. You authorize or its owner to immediately invoice your credit card or any other payment account and/or payment methods provided for any and all fees and charges due and payable and agree that no additional notice or consent is required for us. Fees or charges are net of any applicable taxes and you will be responsible for payment of any and all such taxes and any related penalties applicable if subject to such taxes in any applicable jurisdiction. You agree to indemnify Company for any liability or expense incurred in connection with any such taxes. Company may automatically charge and/or withhold such taxes for services to be delivered within any jurisdictions that it deems is required. Unless otherwise agreed to by Company in writing, all fees paid are non-refundable. Your credit card information and other financial data needed to process your payment are collected and stored by third party payment processors, and we may collect some information. The use of your data by any such third party payment processors is subject to their privacy policies. Company reserves the right, without notice, to modify, change, terminate, or suspend service for a subscription plan you are on if, for any reason, payment for such plan is not made or cannot be processed on the due date. The user is hereby agree the details the details provided for the payment is with their own wish and interest and ready to take the all responsibility related to its security and confidentiality.

Refunds and cancellation

Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you believe that Company has charged you in error, you must contact us within 14 days of such charge through email . No credits will be given for any charges more than 14 days old. We reserve the right to issue credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar credit in the future. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.

You will be ineligible for a refund of any type; if at any time, you have behaved inappropriately or used inappropriate language.

You are responsible for monitoring your financial accounts and statements.

In general, we are not encouraging the practice of cancellation one a purchase or booking is done, still we will consider your cancellation attempts is unavoidable circumstances and you may cancel your purchase or booked appointment at any time.


Cancellation after 48 hours from the time of the purchase is  non-refundable.

Immediate cancellation after the purchase or cancellation within 24 hours of the purchase, you will be eligible for 95% refund.

50% refund is applicable for the cancellation if it is after 24 hours of purchase and before 48 hours

For online consultation booking , the refund is not applicable if the cancellation with in 48 hours to the appointment time even the booking is done with in 48 hours.

The or the service provider can cancel the appointment / purchase at any point for time without any notice and you cannot claim for any compensation. You can initiate a request to the company or the service provided accordingly in such scenario.

If you have done the payment directly to the service provider , the particular service provider is responsible for refund and any such dispute. If the service provider is using any third party platform to provide the services , the user is responsible to read ,understand and follow the terms and conditions  / refund / cancellation policy etc mentioned in that particular platform or by the service provider , Ayurdoctor has limitations in such scenario hence not responsible for the same.

In online shopping , Cancellation after dispatch of the product is non-refundable.

Immediate cancellation after the purchase or cancellation within 24 hours of the purchase, you will be eligible for 95% refund.

70% refund is applicable for the cancellation if it is after 24 hours of purchase and before the dispatch.

In case of damage, or any other dispute, a reasonable refund will be offered after the investigation. It may take 15 to 30 days.  

Applicable refund will be provided in the form of Electronic Coupon (E-Coupon) sent to the registered Email ID of the Primary Account Holder or cheque in the name of account holder or bank transfer in the name of the account holder. Refund method is the choice of the company not the user
