Use: To aid steam inhalation

How to use : Put one pouch in a tumbler having hot water to take steam or in the steam equipment. Remove the pouch and discard after steam inhalation. You can remove the pouch if you reach the desired smell intensity.

Stream inhalation is a conventional practice to get relief from the symptoms of common cold, cough, throat irritation, nasal congestion etc.  Herbs can aid the benefits of steam inhalation.

Ingredients: Eucalyptus,Rasna,Devadaru,Neem, Sida cordifolia,Thulsi, Turmeric , Vetiver,Daruharidra

*Eucalyptus

The primary use of eucalyptus oil includes the treatment of cough, cold, bronchitis, and symptomatic relief of colds and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract

*Rasna

Rasna is a well-known herb used in various ayurvedic preparations. It has anti-inflammatory property. ​Rasna is useful in respiratory problems like asthma, bronchitis, pleuritis, chest pain.

*Devadaru

Devadaru exhibited some important pharmacological activities including antimicrobial, antifungal, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, antiasthmatic etc.

*Neem

Neem has been reported to exert anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant effects.

*Thulasi and Turmeric

Steam inhalation with Tulsi and turmeric is more effective in reliving symptoms of common cold and may be practiced for clients in hospital, home as well as community settings.
